Welcome to The Galloping Ginger!
Thank you for visiting the site and I hope you find it helpful in finding your next restaurant or you are just keen to learn more about all the amazing food in Hong Kong!
I come up with the name as a homage to one of the first chefs I watched on TV, Graham Kerr, otherwise known as The Galloping Gourmet. The 'Ginger' part, well for anyone that knows me it is sort of a defining feature.
I will state from here that I have next to no experience of photography so you will have to forgive me for the lack of quality photo's! Hopefully, the writing more than makes up for it!
Lastly, I hope you all enjoy the blog and if you have any comments on how to improve don't hesitate to say and any restaurant recommendations are more than welcome!
